Following their offering in August, which saw NSW Central Coast powerhouse Rick Alchin claim the promotion’s middleweight title (event recap), Adelaide based Diamondback Fighting Championship returns this Saturday night with show number seven.
Taking place at the William Magarey Room at the Adelaide Oval, DBFC 7 will stream live via the online streaming app FITE TV.
In the main event, undefeated Sydney fighter Joshua Culibao (6-0) will look to add the DBFC featherweight strap to his Hex Fight Series title when he takes on experienced Melbourne based Brazilian Rodolfo Marques (25-10-1).
In the middleweight co-main event, fresh off his first-round submission of Jeff King at Eternal MMA 36, third degree BJJ Black Belt Daniel Almeida (8-5) looks to make it two wins in a row when he collides with local favorite Dan Currie (3-3), who will go into his fifth appearance for the promotion riding a two-fight win streak.
