    Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez (53-1-2, 36 KOs), returns to the ring this weekend when he faces unbeaten English pugilist Callum Smith (27-0, 19 KOs) in what is expected to be a tough test for the Mexican superstar. At stake, will be the WBC vacant super-middleweight championship and the WBA title. They will also be recognised as the best in the division, by The Ring magazine.

    The event will take place on Saturday, December 19 (Sunday Australian time) from Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas

    The super-middleweight blockbuster will be streamed exclusively on DAZN.

    The bout will take place out of Texas, USA with the fight card scheduled to kick off at 12pm AEDT. The main event between ‘Canelo’ and Smith is estimated to start around 2pm AEDT
