After two years on the Australian MMA sidelines, Queensland based Nitro MMA is set to make a comeback in 2017 with the promotion announcing the date Saturday, June 10 for their return event. Nitro 14 “Reloaded” will take place at the Logan Entertainment Centre in Queensland.
Renowned for their live production experience, Nitro MMA has held 13 events since 2010 with their last offering taking place at the same venue back in March, 2015. That night saw former UFC fighter Anton Zafir TKO Ryan Heketa to defend the welterweight title in the main event.
Other notable fighters who have fought for the promotion include UFC fighter Ben Nguyen, recently crowned Invicta FC champion Megan Anderson and One Championship contender Reece McLaren to name a few.
