We’re getting to the business end of the 2015 Brace championship tournament with the promotion set to host the semi-final matchups this Saturday night at the Big Top in Sydney’s Luna Park (Brace 36).

All fighters will be vying for a spot in the promotion’s 2015 Championship Tournament grand final event, which takes place on November 21 at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.

Saturday night’s all pro blockbuster lineup will be headlined by a lightweight eliminator between 2014 season champion Abel Brites and Brisbane based former Cage Warriors and Legend FC fighter Damien Brown.

In the co-main event, rising Central Coast fighter, and 2014 featherweight champion, Jamie Mullarkey will go head-to-head with Valor veteran David Simmons for a place in the 2015 featherweight final.

One of two women’s MMA clashes slated for the night pits former Wimp to Warrior contestant Alessia Espinosa-Vallve against Claire Todd at strawweight. Both women own recent stoppage wins over Natalie Gonzales Hills. Check out the video of Espinosa-Vallve’s highlight-reel knockout of Hills back at Brace 34 here.

In a welterweight semi-final matchup, former UFC fighter and TUF smashes veteran, Benny Alloway will be looking to pick up where he left off, after out-striking Tristan Murphy en route to a TKO victory at Eternal 10 (fight video), when he comes up against Central Coast standout Rick Alchin.

Also slated for the night, Ali Cevik will be searching for his second consecutive championship tournament final birth when the Sydney based lightweight comes up against Ben Games. Meanwhile, Greg Criticos meets CFC veteran Josh Payne in a featherweight tournament eliminator, Mark Baskin takes on Bowen Cornish in the bantamweight division, Jess Doueihi clashes with Janay Harding in a WMMA bantamweight fight and Theo Christakos faces Tom Kingston in a welterweight semi-final showdown.
