Aussie heavyweight Tai Tuivasa is set to fight in Chicago once again.
It was first revealed by The Daily Telegraph that Tuivasa will fight Blagoy Ivanov at UFC 238 in Chicago.
It will be Tuivasa’s first fight since falling short against former UFC heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos in Adelaide late last year. The loss to JDS was the first in Tuivasa’s career and brought his professional record to 8-1.
Tuivasa last fought in Chicago at UFC 235 where he defeated former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski by unanimous decision.
Blagoy Ivanov (17-2, 1 NC) is a Bulgarian fighter who made his UFC debut in July of last year where he also suffered a defeat at the hands of JDS. Ivanov rebounded recently with a win over Ben Rothwell.
UFC 238 also features Valentina Shevchenko defending her flyweight title against Jessica Eye.
