Coming off a strong victory over Rob Kimmons at UFC 122, Australian Kyle Noke (18-4, 1 draw/UFC 2-0) will return back to home-country of Australia to take on Chris Camozzi (14-3/UFC 2-0) on the UFC 127 card scheduled for Acer Arena on February 27.MMAWeekly.com first broke the news today, with Noke confirming it on his facebook account a few hours later.
Both Noke and Camozzi were cast-members on the eleventh season of The Ultimate Fighter where they were on opposing sides. Unfortunately for Camozzi his tenure on the show was very short with UFC president Dana White advising him he would not be able to continue due to a broken jaw suffered in his preliminary-round victory over Victor O'Donnell.
Noke made it all the way to the quarter-finals before he was defeated by close friend Kris McCray in the quarter-finals.
Both returned for the season ending finale and were victorious, with Noke defeating Josh Bryant by TKO in round two while Camozzi won a unanimous decision over James Hammortree.
