After weeks of negotiations, Integrated Martial Arts lightweight Adrian Pang has signed on to compete in the One Fighting Championships promotion.
News of the signing was first revealed on The MMA Corner with the Asian based promotion late confirming the news.
A 13-year fight veteran, Pang is coming off a first-round TKO victory over Jai Bradney back in June 2013. Prior to that Pang lost a split-points decision to Jadamba Narantungalag back in October 2011. Pang appeared recently on the international version of The Ultimate Fighter – Australia vs Canada as the striking coach for Team Australia. A former Legend FC lightweight title holder, Pang will not be looking at adding the One FC strap to his resume.
No news on when Pang may make his debut with the promotion also features Australian based fighters Thanh Vu and Martin Nguyen.
Pang was one of seven fighters confirmed signed by the One FC, with Irina Mazepa, Vaughn Donayre, Hiroshige Tanaka, Koji Ando, Chris Holley and Cristiano Kaminishi also signing on with the promotion.
The promotion is scheduled to hold their 17th event next weekend in Indonesia with Adriano Moraes taking on Kosuke Suzuki in the main event. Also on the card, New Zealand based fighter Ev Ting meets Yohan Mulia Legowo.
