Brisbane based Adrian Pang will look to overcome a recent setback when he returns to One Championship to face Evolve MMA trained Eddie Ng.
The two lightweights will clash on the One Championship: Defending Honor card scheduled to take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on November 11.
A veteran of the MMA scene since making his debut back in 2001, Adrian “The Hunter” Pang has compiled a 22-9-2 record which includes capturing the Legend Fighting Championships lightweight title back in 2011. The Integrated MMA owner was lining himself up for a shot at current lightweight champion Shinya Aoki, however a loss last month to Eduard Folayang has put a speed-bump in those plans and the 39-year-old will now have to stake another claim with a win over Aoki’s team-mate.
Eddie “The Magician” Ng (7-4) has been with the promotion since the debut event back in 2011 and after winning his first four bouts within One Championship, he has lost his last three. His most recent loss was to Filipino fighter Honoro Banario last month.
The event will feature two title fights with Japanese fighter, Shinya “Tobikan Judan” Aoki defending his lightweight title against Eduard “Landslide” Folayang, while undefeated featherweight champ, Dagestani Marat Gafurov rematches former title holder Jadamba Narantungalag.
The promotion announced the card via press-release earlier today with further fights still to be confirmed.
